I have been a passionate cook for many years and I am happy to share my knowledge with you.
“I enjoy sharing professional experiences and new ideas with my friends and colleagues from all over the world. They keep asking me a lot of questions about new culinary technologies, trends and techniques. So I decided to launch my own agency in 2013.”
From the start, I chose to focus on consulting, catering, doing workshops and performing as a guest or a private chef. The ingredients of my «secret recipe» are a fusion of strong love for my profession and deep knowledge of food.
When cooking, I always try creating light and natural food by using a finely nuanced palette of tastes, aromas and colors. One of the key things about my approach to cooking is my ability to achieve full harmony between the ingredients on your plate. The best quality products are, of course, the basis of every successful menu. This is what my cooking philosophy is based on.
